ClickUp has made it much easier to organize my daily work and keep track of tasks in one place. I especially like how Tasks, Docs, and AI features work together. ClickUp Brain also helps me summarize information and get started on tasks faster. There’s a lot of functionality, but once you get used to it, it can save a lot of time and reduce the need to switch between different tools.

Been using clickup for more than 3 years now, to be honest it is saving me a lot of time and it is easy to use.

It is hands down the best Business, project and team management tool. with exceptional AI features like Brain and their AI agents make the basic tasks run on autopilot. you can literally replace all your communication, management, team and product management tools with Clickup. or if you ont want to replace all, you can just integrate them with your Clickup workspace just create and ask an AI agent and they will guide you through

What I value most is how flexible ClickUp is. You can start with a very simple setup and gradually build a more advanced system as the company grows.

There are many features I like, but AI Notetaker is probably my favorite right now. I have a lot of meetings, and having notes and action items captured automatically saves me a lot of time and helps make sure nothing gets missed.

ClickUp has been really helpful for managing our team's tasks and projects. The Ai feature is very good, and the interface is relatively intuitive in a way that allows for high degrees of customization without complicated setup.

I'm an immigration attorney and I use ClickUp to manage all my cases. The different views for our open matters work so well for my staff, we like different versions and can each use what we like. We moved our daily chats to ClickUp because everything is easier in one place. A random message I send to my EA can become a trackable task with two clicks. The search feature is dynamic and smart, searching our chats, the matters, my calendar, all in one. And then the Brain AI feature knows us and can help us stay more organized and more efficient. 5 stars.

been using clickup for a bit now, time tracking is actually really good ngl. tasks stay pretty organized too which helps a lot when things get busy. not perfect, ui can feel a bit much sometimes but overall does the job well and made things easier for our team

We run our entire Customer Success operation out of ClickUp at Skan AI. Task management, reporting, resource allocation, cross-team coordination, it all lives in one place. Brain (their AI) has been a game-changer for automating weekly reports and summarizing across projects. The learning curve is real, but once you're in, you don't want anything else. We went from juggling spreadsheets, Slack threads, and docs to a single workspace. Genuinely can't imagine going back.

ClickUp replaced four tools for my team (Excel, Microsoft Project, Google Docs, Notepad) and now runs our enterprise course training tracker. Automations handle the drudgery: finish dates recalculate from start dates, tasks flag themselves At Risk when they fall behind, and assignees get notified automatically. Dashboards give stakeholders live status without status meetings. The built-in AI is genuinely useful too; it built us an Excel export template for bulk task updates and gives me a daily briefing against the plan. Honest caveats: the depth means a real learning curve for new team members, and very large lists can feel sluggish at times. Once your procedures are set up, it mostly runs itself.
