We needed help applying for a sponsor licence for our company and then onboarding an employee through a Skilled Worker visa and Certificate of Sponsorship assignment.

My overall experience was positive, and I appreciate the support and professionalism provided during such an important immigration process. The team was polite and helpful, and I understand that immigration cases can be very busy and time-consuming.
However, I do feel that communication could be made much easier and more personal for clients. Going through emails, reception, or waiting to reach the lawyer sometimes added extra stress during an already emotional and uncertain process. It would have been very reassuring to have a more direct line of communication with my assigned lawyer, such as a direct phone number or messaging option for important updates or quick questions.
Having that kind of accessibility would make clients feel more supported, comfortable, and less anxious throughout the process, almost like there is a stronger connection and trust rather than a barrier between client and lawyer.
I also feel that faster updates and quicker handling of certain stages would improve the overall experience significantly. Immigration matters are extremely stressful, and timely communication makes a huge difference.
Despite this, I appreciate the work they did for me and hope they continue improving the client experience because good communication is just as important as legal expertise.
