We've bought and sold, what, must be about 6 care homes over many years now, with help from Jonathan Wickens at Christie's. Christie's are easy to work with, and Jonathan is great- always available to chat or sort things out, especially as the sale approaches completion. The due diligence when selling a care home is beyond intense, it's good to have Jonathan to help/advise (or even just grumble to)
Jonathan is great at getting the sale over the line, extremely experienced, is straight talking and has a down to earth, no nonsense approach which I really appreciate and which is why we always approach him if we're buying or selling. If you want to buy, ask Jonathan and he'll work hard to find you something that fits the brief and if you want to sell, he'll advise about valuations and what's needed to make the sale happen. I also have friends who've used Jonathan to sell their care homes and they've all been happy as well. Highly recommend.

Purchasing a day care nursery is a major step, and Jassi at Christie & Co made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. He clearly knows his sector inside out, was always available when we needed him, and ensured the right match was made. The transaction moved quickly and efficiently, and we always felt in safe hands. Highly recommended to any buyer or seller.

The process lasted over two years.I had the choice of two potential buyers,the other interested buyers were insulting.Several viewings a complete waste of everyone’s time.
Over the timescale the practice performed very well but the asking price was not reviewed and upgraded to reflect this and market uplift.I unilaterally managed to get a further £20k+ by direct contact with the buyer.
It actually felt towards the end of the process that Christie’s were actually acting more in the buyers interest.
I provided my own photography.The recommended list of lawyers and providers for EPC assessment was questionable.
It is very hard to accept that this performance justified the “fees” that Christie’s received.

Recently got our second pub through Christie &Co. We are more than happy with the service provided by Christie & Co. Both the pubs we got with the assistance of Liana Gatier. Liana was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. We would certainly recommend Christie and Co and Liana to anyone who is looking for a new business.
