I've been using Check-in Scan for my tourism apartment for many years. Their customer service is very fast and efficient, and they adapt quickly according to new laws and expectations with regards to guest registrations. Their app is very easy for the guests to do their check-in in advance. I recommend Check-in Scan!
I have been using Check in Scan for years. It is easy to use, guests are sent the link to check in, and 90% check in themselves in advance. It saves me a lot of work. Customer service works exceptionally well, no AI hassle, and good and quick responses. I am very satisfied and recommend it to everyone!

Checkinscan have helped us so much. It has completely changed our check-in process for the better. There is basically no waiting time and all our guests seem at ease with the software. Thank you to Danillo for getting it set up for us.
We have used Checkinscan since 2022 to process Guardia Civil registrations for a holiday rental home. We are not renewing our subscription this year. We don't work with companies who jack up their prices from €40 a year to €100 a year for the same service. Yes, Spanish law changed and development work was needed, but this price rise is entirely excessive. The service works, but is clunky. The UI is unsophisticated and guests report it can take a couple of goes to get through the process. So all in all, at this price we think it is simply no longer worth it and we will no longer be using Checkinscan.
They offer prices online that once passes change.
In my case they offer 27 our/year and suddenly change to 327 eur/year
The app, which exists both online and in a browser checks guests into a rental properties in Spain according to the local guest registration law. It's working great for me. I did have one gremlin where an optional field turned out to be mandatory (becaus ethey vary by police force registered with) and the support team helped me out immediately. We have registed 5 guests plus ourselves and I've had no real complaints. This even includes e.g. Polish guests registering in english - so it must be fairly simple to use. The only thing the vendor can't help with is registering with Guardia Civil or Policia Local as you have to take your ID and do that in person. Shame as its a bit hard :) Not really the app's problem though so 5 stars.
