Delicious food, great vibe and friendly staff!

Went with 2 friends and found food good and service from Raja excellent. He was so keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

The food was amazing overall, the service was such a highlight as the staff were so down to earth and accommodating. They were so friendly and made our experience great! The food here is fresh, authentic and TASTY! Not only this, the food especially the bun kebabs are very tasty and reasonably priced - which makes you feel like you just need to eat more and more of them!!

Because it was so reasonably priced, I thought I’d even try the chicken and cheese paratha which was a first for me and it wa absolutely delicious.

This place has really gone downhill. The staff always look tired and flustered. Half the items from the very limited menu are always unavailable. The food is greasy and stale. The chai tastes like it has been reheated and often tastes like it was made a day or two before. The food smells of old, reused oil.

Nisha was so amazing, efficient and dedicated at getting our order delivered in time for our very special celebration. The Barfis were the most delicious ones we've had in London! Chai and Spice is the place we're going to recommend anytime someone's looking. Thank you,again, team Chai and Spice xxx

Service was really poorly and portion size was absolutely disappointing.

We went as a family for the first time, the atmosphere, the service and the food all combined well to give an excellent feel of back home. The place is beautifully set up yet modern in every way. Definitely will go again. Keep up the good work.

Ordered some mixed Barfi for my cousin's 60th birthday recently. However, due to a mix up, it dispatched and arrived within a couple of days- this would normally not be a problem, but it was about 10 days before when I'd wanted it. I contacted Nisha to find out if there was any way to delay it, but it had already gone. She very kindly reached out and sent some more in time for his birthday, and my cousin said it was delicious. (He'd had to open the first lot as he hadn't known what it was, he said; but they'd been demolished before the rest of the family got there, as he's still working from home!)
Would recommend Nisha as she went above and beyond the call to make sure everything was just right, and it was very much appreciated! Thank you!

I ordered the barfi and brownie box for our anniversary. The box arrived in the morning and was packaged really nicely. Everything in their looked fresh.
The barfis and brownies tasted so delicious in flavours I've never had before.
There was a card inside with the flavours and gallery details and a personalised message added.
I would highly recommend this.
I asked a number of questions which were promptly replied by Nisha.
A great birthday or anniversary gift.

I have received a box of these myself and also sent to a friend. The combination of Barfi and Brownies are different to your norm and work so well together. Every detail was thought through from the packaging to the little menu cards and storage instructions inside. A perfect gift to send to family and friends and an occasional treat for myself sometimes!

Very friendly chef and owner. Came here for the first time and food is 10/10. Will 100% be returning. Overall very great expierence.
