Wrong size, poor quality.

I was worried because of the bad reviews, but everything went smoothly and my item was delivered rather quickly.

Perfect product

Catastrophic. They just sent me a 28kg parcel which does not correspond to the correct item I ordered. Not the same height, nor the correct number of shelves. What now? I am left with this huge and heavy parcel that I need to bring back to the Post Office, chat with customer service and hope to get the correct item which I initially ordered!

The quality of the product I ordered isn’t good.
And the process of return and refund looks very hard to accomplish!
I wouldn’t recommend Floordirekt.

Ordered via Amazon, was impressed by the reasonably priced product. Floordirekt emailed to say my order was cancelled as the custom size hadn’t been logged but I could order via their website. On the website it was more than twice the price! I later got a refund confirmation email for the original order that was cancelled due to “not knowing what size I wanted” …….. the size I wanted was stated on the refund email 😂 This firm is run by 🤠’s and 🤡’s.

I placed an order on 22nd of August. Right now, it's 13th of September and the package still hasn't arrived. I contacted the shop via email and they were responding very poorly, avoiding the topic and replying after a very long time. I repeatedly asked for a refund and for the parcel to be delivered to any pick-up point, but they ignored my requests and never answered my questions.
I even stayed at home at two days just to wait for the package, because the shop emailed me to expect it. Of course, they lied.
When I finally demanded a refund, they told me they would cancel my order “as a gesture of goodwill”. This is extremely rude and unprofessional, because delivering the product (or refunding when they fail) is their legal obligation, not some kind of favor. I was basically scammed. Don’t fall for it.

The products was exactly what I wanted and ordered, timely delivery!

I’ve ordered twice and been satisfied with the quick delivery to Switzerland both times.

I have ordered 3 same pieces and they all came with different length, been unsatisfied.

Same issue as many people here. Ordered on 21 December. They blame it on GLS, I never received a tracking number so no proof at all. I noticed many people here have the same issue, so it's clear there is a bigger issue.

First time I ordered at this online shop. I was very sceptic, but now totaly happy.
I ordered on 31 August one "Transparente Tischfolie mit abgeschrägter Kante 140x90 cm". It was delivered per Post on 10 Sept in Switzerland. Product is of good quality and was well packaged.

The order arrived when expected and in good condition. The custom sizing of the anti slip mat fit my van well and it does the job perfectly

Took a while to receive shipping information and customer service wasn't particularly helpful.
