The Cotswolds day tour looked amazing
The Cotswolds day tour looked amazing. After receiving all the reassurances to my questions several weeks ago, I booked this tour for my visitors from abroad for two weeks time. Price/ location/ time all confirmed . Today I was told the tour was not happening. It’s a good thing I checked or my visitors would have been left standing. Celestia had not bothered to let me have any updates. Extremely poor service and a complete lack of communication.
I have now updated this review because today I had a message and call from Joy, the business development manager. T his call is sadly a month overdue. Still better late than never. The business is fairly new and whilst my original experience was not what I expected, I also believe it fair to recognise when a company responds to feedback, apologises for the original poor communication and tries to put things right
I hope that their communication with clients improves as promised and that future customers benefit from the improvements Joy tells me they are making ( staff training included)

I booked a trip first time and it indeed was wonderful experience. Mainly this is the only travel which provide Costwolds 6villages tour and it was amazing. They did not rush us, there was ample amount to time to explore, click pictures, shop, eat and have fun. I will recommend this to everyone.
