Ordered a vape kit and unfortunately…
Ordered a vape kit and unfortunately the cartridge arrived damaged. I reached out to them and Sam was fantastic — he immediately offered to replace the cartridge and had a new one shipped out that same day. Really impressed with how quickly and smoothly the issue was resolved. Great customer service, will definitely be ordering from them again.
