Easy to work with. Super reliable, and only inquire if you had previously expressed interest in a particular piece, style, artist. Got two pieces and will surely get more in the future!

We visited Castle Fine Art in Cardiff, not expecting to buy anything, but buy something we did. The piece we bought almost sold itself, but the deal Lucy put together for us was great and put any umming and arring on our part to bed.
The whole experience was excellent and very relaxed. We spent most of our time having a drink and chatting with Lucy about Billy Connolly and the best bars to visit. There was no issue with us taking the night to make a decision on buying the piece and when we returned the next day Hana was waiting to offer us another drink and make all the arrangements, making it all pretty seamless and as relaxed as our chat with Lucy.
Our deal involved 3 pieces, which were very carefully delivered, perfectly packed by Matt.
