First put in 500 sek and partially got my bonus in getting 500 extra sek to gamle with but i didnt get my free spins. I contacted the support and there was some robot that couldnt help me to get my free spins. Then I tried taking my money out and it got rejected because I thought I was gambling with free spins in the beginning for a very small amount (30 sek). It got rejected even thought I ended the bonus with them. I then didn’t have any choice but to gamble with my 500 sek which I couldn’t take out so I lost absolutely everything. Absolute shit company that lies about free spins has no customer service and steals money. Will never put a crown in here again and I will encourage everyone I know to not play here because it’s just a trap.

I created an account with Casinostugan a few years ago to play games and never had any issues until recently when I tried to withdraw my money. That’s when their true colors showed. They’ve been holding my transaction indefinitely, constantly demanding more documents. I provided everything they asked for, and after they ran out of questions, they suddenly claimed the documents were incomplete or missing details ( the documents was the bank statements from a Swedish bank, which included all the necessary information—bank account details, transaction history, etc. I even had to request it specially from the bank because it was historical data from over two years ago). Now, whenever I reach out to them, they respond like mindless bots, saying, “We’re not the team responsible for processing the documents, so we don’t know how long the verification will take”. Be very careful with CASINOSTUGAN—they are nothing but a deceitful scam. It has now been two months since I requested to withdraw my money, and I’m still waiting with no clear resolution or promise from them.

This is the worst casino company I've ever encountered. I strongly advise against playing with Casinotugan. They refuse to pay out your winnings and remain unresponsive when you reach out for help. I can't understand how this company is still operating without facing legal consequences. It's an extremely poor casino—honestly, it doesn’t even deserve a single star.

The worst Casino! Very buggy. They mask errors so they don't give you bonus and when you request their Customer Service to do it so, the bonus can't be given because you had already played the first time. Unprofessional. Bonus should be given at first deposit automatically, not with that iditotic button that you click many times, and would expect that it works.
