I bought the britax max pro 2 car seat from here. The communication was fantastic. Unfortunately, after purchase, they messaged me saying they didnt have the colour car seat I had chosen. They sorted a refund out straight away and I was glad they checked before sending the seat out. Although I didnt get the seat in the end, I can't fault the communication, ease and advice they provided. Would recommend.

Excellent service when purchasing a travel seat for my daughter. I messaged during the evening expecting a response the next working day but had a reply within 10 minutes to clarify on an issue and to generate a very thoughtful blue light discount meaning I could purchase there and then. Once purchased, the postal time couldn’t have been quicker and I had the seat within 48 hours. Would highly recommend car seat ninja!

Amazing customer service. Still help with fit checks 4yrs after purchasing. There was an issue with my seat recently (bearing in mind it's 4yrs old!), they replied within a few minutes, liaised with the manufacturer and sent me the broken part free of charge and only charged postage - it arrived the next day. Would highly recommend. Wouldn't buy a car seat from anyone else
