Kona Hybrid lease
Just received delivery of my new hybrid Hyundai Kona. The company were very helpful, specifically contacting me directly when a new shipment was coming in of the car I was hoping for.
It was delivered at the time I was expecting and the driver gave me a call 40 minutes before.
So far I have been very pleased with the service.

Outstanding service from James Bishop
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from James Bishop. From start to finish, the communication and customer service were absolutely top notch.
James was fantastic throughout the process. Every time I had a question, whether I picked up the phone or sent an email, he got back to me incredibly quickly. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed and worked hard to make sure the car was delivered within the timeframe we wanted.
I’d also like to say a huge thank you to Hayley Smith, who was fantastic on the administration and paperwork side of things. She was incredibly responsive, communicative and efficient, and moved everything along extremely quickly. Given how quickly we needed the car, her support in getting all the paperwork completed and processed made a real difference.
The whole process was smooth and straightforward, with excellent communication and collaboration from both of them. Obviously, we made sure to complete everything required on our side as quickly as possible too, but James and Haley went above and beyond to keep everything moving and get the car to us within a very tight timeframe.
Many thanks to both James and Haley for the fantastic service and professionalism. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. If you’re considering leasing a car, I’d definitely recommend getting in touch with them - you’ll be in very good hands!

I just want to give my recommendation…
I just want to give my recommendation for this company and specifically Lee Tepper. I contacted a few firms and the approach he took was refreshingly different. He understood my needs immediately, and worked hard to present credible deals, factoring my feedback. No generic follow-up emails, or slow responses.
In the end I decided to buy this particular vehicle instead of leasing, but I intend to use them for future business needs because they were head and shoulders above other firms.
