Dr. Michael Heidenheim, Senior Consultant and Specialist in Dermatology at Capio Private Hospital, is by far one of the best medical specialists I have ever consulted.

After years of searching for answers and seeing multiple doctors, this was the first time I truly felt heard, understood, and taken seriously. Rather than rushing through the appointment or focusing only on the symptoms I pointed out, Dr. Heidenheim took the time to understand the whole picture. He asked insightful questions, noticed details that others had overlooked, and explained not only what he was seeing but also why.

What impressed me most was the level of knowledge, experience, and genuine curiosity he brought to the consultation. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured towards unnecessary treatments. Instead, I felt I was speaking to someone whose only priority was finding the right diagnosis and the best solution. That level of honesty and professionalism is rare.

I left the consultation having learned more about my skin than I have in years of appointments elsewhere. Most importantly, I left with complete confidence that I was in the best possible hands.

If you're looking for a dermatologist who is exceptionally thorough, highly experienced, honest, and genuinely committed to helping patients, I couldn't recommend Dr. Michael Heidenheim more highly. The consultation was worth every penny.

I had a triple knee surgery, since I had multiple issues and needed all of them done at once,and my experience was great(aside from the atrocious knee pain). My surgeon, Morten Knudsen, was amazing. He didn’t sugarcoat anything, he was straightforward but empathic and kind to me and you could tell he loves what he’s doing. The appointment for the surgery happened fast, one week after the final consultation with Morten which helped a lot with my pain. The surgery went great, the nurses were really sweet, kind and helpful and the receptionist was always helpful and cheerful. Overall a great and professional staff, and I’m very grateful for the much needed help I received at Capio Viborg.

I highly recommend Capio hospital. The staff is polite and friendly, the place is extremely clean and calm. You immediately feel comfortable and in confidence. I had a surgery with Dr.Dina M., she’s wonderful. Takes the time to listen and explain everything and is easily accessible before and after the surgery to answer any questions. And for an English speaking person it was no issue at all. I highly recommend !

I had deviated septum surgery with Dr. Christian von Buchwald, and the experience was excellent. From the first examination, everything was professional, on time, and well organized. The front desk staff were attentive, and Dr. von Buchwald was both kind and thorough, you can really tell he pays attention to detail and takes pride in his work.

I was given several options for surgery dates and was able to schedule it quickly at a time that suited me. The surgery went very well. I had some discomfort afterward, which is normal, but everything went as planned.

They also provided clear written instructions, follow-up appointments, and the necessary medication, which was very helpful. The follow-ups were just as positive: the nurses were professional and friendly, and the final appointment with the doctor was quick, careful, and pain-free.

I genuinely feel like a new person after the surgery, my breathing has improved completely. I can highly recommend both this hospital and Dr. von Buchwald.

I got a knee MRI appointment very fast and the results also came back fast and the whole experience was good. I paid for it myself. However I asked in the reception if it would be ok for them to send the results to the public hospital that is treating me and left the details on a piece of paper and was assured that it would be possible. In the end I had to call extra to make sure the image gets sent. Since I did have an injury I really cared that the process would be as fast as possible and wish they sent the image straight away.

Dina is absolutely fantastic, i highly recommend her. :)

Exceptional, professional, and highly effective! I recently had a mammogram and ultrasound scan, and the experience was outstanding. Both the specialist doctor and radiologist demonstrated remarkable skill, passion, and professionalism in their work. I highly recommend their services!

I was referred with suspected breast cancer. The mammogram went well, but the ultrasound scan and biopsy was a horrible experience. The doctor treated my breast like a piece of meat. She did not continuously tell what the next step was. She seemed emotionless and with total lack of empathy.

I had a mammogram followed by an ultrasound at Capio today. the ultrasound doctor was proffesional, caring and kind, the nurse who assisted with the mammogram was so kind and helpful and also the reception was really nice.

I had warned the doctor that i was very sensitive around the breast,especially around the nipples. She did not really paid attention or showed any kind of empathy. I was very uncomfortable and i was moving because of the discomfort and instead of showing care, the doctor harshly told me that if I didn't stop moving she would leave and write down that I didn't let her examine me. It was so uncomfortable that i started crying. The response of the doctor was "are you sad?! Are you afraid you have cancer?! You don't have cancer!" Quite sarcastically, which was so insensitive of her. She completely missed the point and lacked of empathy. I understand i was making her job difficult and she was probably busy and stressed. But i am a patient and an human person that's undergoing a mammography before being a problem that she has to get rid of. It makes me very sad and disappointed towards doctors

Perfect Service. Perfect surgery with Dr. Thomas Haller. He did an amazing job and radiated calm. No post-operative bleeding or swelling after the surgery. All in all, a great experience.
