I've ordered about 10 things from Camping Wagner and haven't regretted any of them. The communication has been excellent, especially when something was delayed. They offered me a refund, and after I found the same product somewhere else, I accepted, and they returned the money quickly and easily.

I tried many sites and shops to find special tropical anti-leech socks - no luck until i stumbled upon Camping Wagner. They also suggested to me 50% DEET, again otherwise hard to find. The order and delivery process was seamless. Vielen Dank CW! Zu empfehlen

Order a tent and ground sheet. Tent if fine but I recieved the incorrect ground sheet. I am trying to get hold of Camping Wagner now for 10 days now without any response. I cant call as my German is insufficient. Not recommended to order online.

Unacceptable return service – 10 days waiting and still no collection

I am extremely disappointed with Camping Wagner’s after-sales service.

Before placing my order, I specifically checked the return conditions because I was purchasing large and bulky items. I would never have ordered products of this size if I had understood that I would personally have to transport enormous boxes to a post office.

I am now trying to return two extremely large and heavy boxes. They are so big that they do not even fit in my car.

I have now been trying to resolve this return for 10 days. During this time, I have contacted Camping Wagner several times by email and through their live chat.

On two separate occasions, I was explicitly told that a home collection would be arranged.

Despite this, after 10 days I still have:

* no collection date
* no confirmation email
* no transport company assigned
* and two enormous boxes blocking the entrance of my home

I already have the return labels. The problem is not the labels. The problem is that Camping Wagner keeps telling me that the packages will be collected and then nothing happens.

This is simply not acceptable.

I should not have to keep sending emails and contacting customer service repeatedly just to obtain a collection that has already been promised to me twice.

The boxes are extremely large and heavy, they do not fit in my car, and I physically cannot take them myself to a post office or DHL point.

I am asking Camping Wagner one final time to contact me immediately and provide a specific collection date for both packages.

The return process and customer service in this case have been extremely disappointing.

Everything went smooth from purchase to delivery. Not much else to say.

Very fast, solved problem fast and paid back money at once

I ordered blackout blinds specifically for my VW ID. Buzz LWB (Long Wheelbase). Unfortunately, the blinds delivered for the side windows are for the standard ID. Buzz, which do not fit my car.On 26/08, immediately after receiving the package, I contacted Camping Wagner's customer service about this mistake. I received an initial response stating they would handle my complaint. Since then, absolutely nothing has happened.I have sent follow-up emails on 01/09, 03/09, 09/09, and 15/09 to ask for an update or a solution, but I have received zero feedback. Total silence.This lack of customer service is highly unprofessional. I expect Camping Wagner to reply to this message immediately and provide me with the correct LWB blinds or a full return and refund.Order number: K20007-R7199196

I ordered a product. Charge was made on my card and 1 hour after order confirmation i received another confirmation that order is cancelled:

"We hereby confirm that the order has been canceled:

If you have already transferred the amount, the return transfer will be arranged immediately"

I asked for a reason from customer service. After 1 week i receive an automatic answer from customer service only explaining again that order is cancelled. I ordered the product 30.8. Now is 20.9 and still not a money refund from the order. The product has been on stock during this whole time.

How to improve this:
*If cancellation is made by the seller, would it be too much to ask for a quicker refund of the money?
*If customer asks for a reason, maybe be honest and answer the question.
*"Here is a 5% discount code for the the trouble, sir..."

Well, luckily the products sold here are not unique.

On holiday in France and ordered chair parts very easily, at a competitive price. Delivery was great on time and email communication was very good too.
Quite impressive that we ordered these chair parts easier via a German 🇩🇪 site than a French site! 👌🤩 oh and payed by Apple Pay which was a bonus.

Everything worked out as planned and expected.
Parts for the Campingaz BBQ were delivered on time.

We ordered a camping table 4 weeks ago
They took the money from our account , but they did not send the table we ordered . We hav wrote to the company many times with no answer back, and when I call them , a lady turned the phone off , when I give her the order nr .
Next week we start on camping trip and without the table , and the 150 euro is lost 😡

Placed several orders already, so it's time to let you know, that price, delivery, service was all at it's best. And that's already all I have to say.

I am holiday in Germany from the UK my fridge has broken and I want replace it. Wagner offer click and collect but because my credit card address is in the UK I am unable to pay. I contacted them to make payment but there computer said no. So thank you very much for helping a traveller in distress out
