We ordered a camping table 4 weeks ago
They took the money from our account , but they did not send the table we ordered . We hav wrote to the company many times with no answer back, and when I call them , a lady turned the phone off , when I give her the order nr .
Next week we start on camping trip and without the table , and the 150 euro is lost 😡

Placed several orders already, so it's time to let you know, that price, delivery, service was all at it's best. And that's already all I have to say.

I am holiday in Germany from the UK my fridge has broken and I want replace it. Wagner offer click and collect but because my credit card address is in the UK I am unable to pay. I contacted them to make payment but there computer said no. So thank you very much for helping a traveller in distress out

I bought a tent whose zipper broke after a short period of use. I filed a complaint. I've been waiting for six weeks for my case to be processed. Truly annoying and disappointing. I'll avoid buying anything from here in the future.

Bought a Dometic freezer/fridge for vans, boats,… with a carry bag. My digital card payment was verified with personal digital ID through my bank, but there was no email confirmation. A friendly bot guided me to Andre, a real person who had offered to help me pay first. Andre asked for a review of his service first and told me he was there if I needed anything else. I responded within the time it took to pay (10 sec max) but Andre dissapeared for 24 hrs. And I had no email confirmation. My bank showed the reserved amount only and then it did not anymore. Andre asked for my details in order to find the invoice for my order #. I sent them immediately. But Andre dissapeared again and never got back to me, even after two emails. I have had a long attempt to find out why I never got email confirmation and if they were going to ship it or not. Days later I received a follow up email from the company, not from Andre, to ask, in German, if my needs were met. I sent them the dialog with Andre and have asked, three times now, for confirmation of the order. They have never responded. Three weeks have passed since I ordered it.
I strongly recommend against buying from this company. Low prices, but very poor and irresponsible service. An EU company that responds in German only. And when you do get help in English, they drop you without explanation.
I still don’t know if they sent my order, if they will charge my order, or if they cancelled it which I requested two emails ago.
Pay a little more for a service capable of building trust instead.

The company eventually sent me a new email inquiry, in response to the many documented responses, as described above. By then, over a month later, all I wanted to know was if they were going to take money from my bank or not. The company confirmed finally, by email, that they never got the order and that they would not take the amount. They also offered to make the order again, to which I kindly walked away.
Why? Because this was NOT an issue of not paying correctly. In Denmark, you have to use a final confirmation that can only be done by the individual who is tied to the bank account to pay with. And when that happens, it has been approved, by the buyer and holder of that bank account to pay with. And it took over a month of back and forward with at least three different people who received the email correspondence I had had with previous customer service personal. None of which answered my main questions (Will you take the money, when will it ship?, why did I not get an email confirmation?) until very recently and way to late for other than to make an effort to warn buyers to stick to an online store that knows what they are doing. And there are two things that they do not have in place as of now, and that is their customer service, absolutely disconnected, even though they have a good idea behind it, and their failure to understand that a successful (?) physical shop that they might be has nothing to do with online sales. That is where they are horrible and in need to seriously improve.
So buy in person if you will, but avoid their interesting offers online, like the plague. There are better ways to waste your time.
