Wouldn't give the units any stars

Well it wouldnt be any stars.

A few days after placing my order, I became concerned, after researching the units and their website, that the website may be fraudulent or a scam. I attempted to cancel my order at that point, but was unable to do so. My emails were returned, leaving me with no way of contacting them to cancel the order.

The goods have now arrived, and unfortunately both units are defective, damaged and completely unfit for purpose.

One of the units is badly damaged and I consider it to be a potential fire hazard. The unit was switched on for only a few seconds, yet the top cover began bubbling and there was a strong smell of burning. The smell is still very strong in my home two days later. There was only burning hot air

The second unit is also not fit for purpose. It does not provide the cooling that was advertised. It produces virtually no cold air and, when used, only blows mild air. There is certainly nowhere near enough airflow to cool a room — it would not even be sufficient to blow out a candle.

This is completely unacceptable considering the claims made on their website about the performance of these units and their ability to cool a 50 m² room.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the products. They appear to be very cheaply made and are certainly not of the quality or performance represented on your website.

I purchased these units in good faith because I hoped they would help me cope with the heat. Instead, I have received two products that are defective and not fit for the purpose for which they were sold, with one also presenting a serious safety concern.

I have purchased a unit from Coolizi.com

I have purchased a unit from coolizi.com (I am in UK) - the aircon unit is called Coolizi coolzy. Is this is scam as item not received and Evri says delayed in transit for over 1 month. Ordered on 05/07/26. I have email confirmation of receipt; however I have no contact details for this company. The email confirmation of the order is a company called Totsoo. Who can help? It was shipped by Wanbexpress but they are unable to help either.

Like all the other reviews this is a…

Like all the other reviews this is a total scam and waste of money. The coolizi is junk it just doesn’t work as an air conditioner,..because it’s not! It’s misleading false advertising what you receive is a lack luster heater that just doesn’t blow much air. I purchased this product from what was supposed to be the official Coolizi website turned out it shipped from a third party seller Totsoo remember that name because that company has been flagged as selling counterfeit products. I paid for this through PayPal so I was fortunate to have them represent me in the claim that I had to bring against Totsoo if not for PayPal I would have been out of luck for any kind of refund,.. I didn’t get all my money back but after the final settlement PayPal awarded me a voucher for half of the original amount. Beware of the scam!

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. The unit is so cheap it probably cost a tenner to make. The second my husband said it was coming from China I was sceptical!

It arrived and has a dent on it. We emailed customer service they didn’t reply.

It’s so rubbish that my husband had to turn it off and put our fan back on.

I’m just thankful he only brought one unit and wasn’t sucked into the offer for buying multiple.

DO NOT BUY FROM coolizi.com

The product is complete rubbish; una vera schifezza

The product is complete rubbish. It has a weak fan that might cool a small toilet, certianly not a habitable room. I have requested a refund and am returnng the products. Wish me luck!
Auguratemi buona fortuna!

Absolute scam of a Fan

After what felt like an archaeological dig waiting for it to arrive, my 92 yr old mother finally unboxed the miracle cooling machine she had been promised. Turns out it's just a fan with exceptional self-confidence.
The advertising paints a picture of icy rooms and blissful relief. The reality is a gentle puff of lukewarm air that couldn't cool a cup of tea, let alone an actual room. I've met people who can blow harder after climbing a flight of stairs.
It's the sort of product that relies on you lowering your expectations rather than lowering the temperature.
For the price, you could buy a proper fan from a reputable retailer, have enough money left for a takeaway, and still end up feeling less mugged.
Whoever decided to market this as an air conditioner deserves an Olympic gold medal for imagination. Calling it "cooling" is technically true in the same way standing in the shade is climate control.
An expensive fan in an air conditioner costume. That's all it is. Do not buy!!!!!

Scam,

Scam,
As an engineer, I cannot find any meaningful explanation on how it works. They created fake review sites to mislead readers even more.
