The AeroBreeze was delivered on time and arrived without any damage. I like having cooling and humidifying in one unit. It is straightforward to operate and works well for my room.

One company that scams people, when you order they have an address in the UK but if you want to return a product you discover they are based in China. Beware of this company because they just take your money without being able to return the product if you order the wrong color. VERY BADDDD

The GrossRoll cordless trimmer works well for smaller garden jobs. It feels solid and is fairly easy to move around. The packaging had some damage, but the trimmer arrived safely and looked fine.

I bought this lamp for my sister, and she liked the design right away. The fabric shade looks neat and gives off a warm feel when switched on. Delivery was fast, and the packaging kept everything protected. Overall, it was a good choice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My parcel started the delivery process when I was notified it was being shipped back to the warehouse, for no apparent reason. When I emailed to enquire why, I was bounced between Evri and Compagnien. 2 months later, it was established that Compagnien had messed up the delivery instruction. When I pursued a resolution, Compagnien took an extra month to respond with no further options other than a reshipment at an additional cost to me (which was almost half of the cost the parcel originally came to), or a 40% refund - they were totally unwilling to acknowledge that despite my not receiving the item was their fault and that I had done everything correctly on my order, they still felt reasonable options were that I pay them more money, or get only 40% of my hard earned money back. Additionally, I spoke to a different advisor on every email - one offered a full refund at one stage, but this quickly got retracted when the time came to pay it as they clearly don't communicate with one another, nor read the email threads from their previous communications with their customers. Thankfully, my bank managed to get the money back, yet the company continued to email saying I needed to pay more money, not realising my bank's actions. I would avoid this company like the plague - it is clearly fraudulent.

I like this air cooler overall. It arrived quickly and the packaging was in good shape. The four modes are useful when I want to change the airflow. It is also a convenient size for my room.

I was searching for something different from the usual pendant lights, and this one caught my attention. It creates a cozy atmosphere without being overly bright, and several guests have already asked where I found it.

Everything went wrong. I genuinely believe the positive reviews here are fake.

The delivery was supposed to take 9–13 business days, but the product arrived more than a month after I placed the order. Also, the Romanian tracking number wasn’t listed on the website, so I had no idea which courier would deliver it or when it would arrive.

I ordered a dog bed for around €100 — that was the discounted price, but it is usually priced at around €130–140 — and it looked beautiful in the pictures. In reality, it’s the cheapest-looking Chinese-made product imaginable. There is almost no filling/fluff inside it, and it also arrived cut by about 5–7 cm.

I sent a photo by email immediately at the time, and 16 days have now passed and I still haven’t received any response. They only said they would look into the situation, and that’s all I’ve heard.

I’m giving two stars solely because the person took the time to reply to my email… other than that, this experience deserves less than zero stars.

Installed the dual lens dash camera in less than half an hour. The video quality during both day and night is impressive, and the parking monitor works exactly as described. Great value for the money.

I was browsing for a bedspread and regret not having looked at TrustPilot reviews first.
When I ordered it said it would be delivered next day. Which is by when I needed it. It’s 2 weeks later still have received nothing. It’s fair to assume I paid almost €200 for junk sent from China. Terribly disappointed!

Please avoid this company. I placed an order, canceled it a few hours later, and they didn't refund me the 20% for supposed "production costs."
Disgraceful.
