Pickup arranged at Civitavecchia cruise…

Pickup arranged at Civitavecchia cruise port for 10am, driver messaged they will be late and arrived at 11:30 am, very busy terminal and no place to stay indoors. We were forced to stand by the curb with all our suitcases in the severe heat until driver arrived .

We are truly sorry for what happened and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately, on the day of your transfer the vehicle assigned to your booking experienced an unexpected mechanical breakdown shortly before the pickup. We immediately worked to find a replacement vehicle, but due to the exceptional circumstances at Civitavecchia Port—with several cruise ships arriving at the same time and an extremely high demand for transportation—we were unable to secure an immediate replacement.

We completely understand how frustrating it was to wait outside with your luggage in the heat, and we sincerely regret that we were not able to provide the level of service that we strive to deliver every day.

While this situation was caused by an unforeseen technical issue, we take full responsibility for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service.

Please accept our sincerest apologies.

Excellent Transfer to Civitavecchia

Andrea was excellent! He communicated very well prior to our arrival. He was waiting for us right after customs at the Rome Airport with a warm, welcoming smile that made us feel instantly at ease. He helped with our bags and made the transfer to our hotel in Civitavecchia smooth, safe, and stress free.
Professional, friendly, and reliable—highly recommend!

Excellent Ride Experience

Excellent Ride Experience!
The driver was punctual, polite, and professional throughout the trip. The car was comfortable, the ride was smooth from start to finish. I appreciated the friendly conversation (without being intrusive) and the safe driving in traffic. Overall, a perfect example of great service — I’d be happy to ride again with this driver anytime. Highly recommended!
