I had a great experience with CSM.
Not only did I find the product I was looking for, but the website is easy to use, the payment processing went flawlessly and the waiting time between paying and shipping was lightning fast. My order arrived in no time and it was wrapped ever so carefully in bubble wrap and a clean box. The people who handled my order did so with great care and it shows. If all shops worked this well, there'd be world peace.
Made a purchase in April and nothing has been received. Called, emailed, and support chat and no-one answers. This is feeling like a scam
I got the machine with good price , brand new and also I’m happy that I have a guarantee for two years

The product works perfect, but in my opinion the outside has too many scratches, the cosmetics is much worse than explained on the website.
Out of the box, the OP1 synth i bought is not working. Very disappointing.
Friendly guys as long as you're in the store. For the rest they're not very responsive. Phone is not answered, email response takes days, on social media they respond when they feel like it. When selling equipment to them the payment transfer takes forever, if they pay at all. I would not recommend these guys, it's unreliable business they are doing.
Already my second buy here.
