Dear Shavi,

We've not been dishonest at all. You actually said the 28th August was ok only to change your mind last minute, We then rearranged so we could complete the install on the 12th August which you had originally asked for. You still refused to have us install.

If you thought we were being dishonest you would go through the dispute process on PayPal as we suggested (see evidence below). The reason we use PayPal is to keep everyone honest and allow clients to claim back their money if our service is ever not as promised, namely a 5 star service from beginning to end.

We sent this via WhatsApp:

"Hi Shavi,

At this point [after I suggested the 29th August] I was waiting for you to get back to me and if you had told me it was a deal breaker I would have told the team and made sure we got it done for you as I have today. We always go above and beyond for our customers. We can install on the 12th which was what you wanted therefore we cannot offer a refund. That money has paid for the cornice.

Our team install at the highest of industry standards so no need for loss of confidence. Plus when you told me today I have moved the diary around to help.

If you've gone to another company then fair enough [which is what we believe you have done] but the deposits are there for this reason.

I promise you will be more than happy with our install and when we deliver and your space looks amazing you'll honestly be happy you went with us.

I'm happy to resolve the issue via PayPal if you want, as I can send them all of our messages and let them decide.

Your money is safe with them so if you want a refund please go onto your PayPal and raise a dispute with them. You can give your side of the story I'll give mine and they act as mediation. Saves us trying to come to a conclusion on here.

Please just sleep on it and let me know in the morning what you decide as I need to instruct my team.

"I don’t have the time for PayPal disputes. It’s not the money, Just can’t stand dishonest people. Will be leaving reviews to warn them how you behave."

We replied:

"If you have time to leave a review you have time to complete the dispute process. When you leave a dishonest review I will answer it by posting our message feed and let my clients make up their own mind. A deposit is paid to secure a date and manufacturer materials which I have done and even now can still complete your works on the 12th August.

At this point you blocked our number.

I'd say it is simple to see what happened. You found another builder, wanted your deposit back, we refused as we had already ordered the cornice, you decided to leave a dishonest review as you knew you could not win a dispute case on PayPal which we guess understandably frustrated you.

Hopefully after seeing that it is you Shavi that has been dishonest you may think twice before posting a review when the company you are calling out has all the evidence to the contrary.
