72" US General tool box cover
Got a cover for my 72" US General tool box with hutch. I have this sitting in a carport and this cover is perfect. Got the heavy duty zippers and can open and close the cover with easy. Already went through 2 South Florida storms and everything is dry! The quality is great and the customer service was amazing as I had to update the measurements after I placed the order. Will buy from them again

Once again, very happy overall. I wish I asked about the Velcro closure in that I should have specified an overlapping closure so that the seam rested flush with the overall cover rather than what I received, where the closure latched together in a peak. Suggest you ask that question upon receipt of the order or include it as a question on the order form. I am very satisfied with your companies work - A++. I will buy again and again and again. I do need some help to figure out a customer BBQ cover for an island grill AND a side burner though. Suggestions? Tyrone - 702.624.7831. Feel free to call with questions.

A rip off
The cover is a nice quality, and the communication before it was made was very good and that is why I gave the two stars. Where it went bad was that the cover was a single piece of material with 4 grommets and I ordered bungees for all corners and was charged $40 for a bungee cord despite the invoice saying $20. I emailed to let them know I only got one and could they send the second one and was told they only send one but charge for two and I would have to pay another $20 plus shipping for a second bungee cord. That would be $60 plus shipping on top of an $80 piece of fabric for two bungee cords that I could have gotten on Amazon for $1. Very dissatisfied in the customer service on this cover.
