Extremely poor and disappointing service.
I made a deposit of ₹28,000 INR via UPI on 19th July 2026 (UPI Ref / Transaction ID: 656623579101). The money was successfully debited from my Bank of India account, but my 4Rabet wallet balance still shows ₹0.00.
It has been almost 5 days, and on the portal, it constantly shows "FAILED" or "ABANDONED" status, even though the payment was received on their provided UPI ID (8925091572@okbizaxis).

Despite providing all valid proofs, customer support has not resolved my issue or credited my money. This is complete negligence.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on the 4rabet platform.

My withdrawal has been showing **"Paid Out"** for a long time, but I have still not received the money in my bank account. I immediately contacted customer support, provided my **bank statement** as requested, and even sent multiple follow-up emails with all the required details, including my case number and transaction token.

Despite providing every document they asked for, I have received **no proper solution and no meaningful response**. Even worse, my emails have been completely ignored. The customer support team keeps delaying the issue instead of resolving it, leaving customers without any clear explanation or timeline.

This has been one of the worst customer support experiences I have ever had. A platform that handles users' money should provide fast and transparent support, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I cannot recommend 4rabet to anyone until they improve their withdrawal process and customer service. If you value your money and expect reliable support, think twice before using this platform.

I am sharing my personal experience after my deposit was not credited despite a successful payment.

On **18 July 2026**, I deposited **₹9,999.29** through PhonePe using the payment gateway provided by 4rabet. The payment was successful, I submitted my UTR, and the website initially confirmed that my deposit was completed. However, my balance was never credited.

Customer support later informed me that they had not received the payment and asked me to wait up to **10 business days** for a possible refund.

While waiting for a resolution, I also noticed **multiple recent Trustpilot reviews from other users** describing similar problems, including delayed or missing deposits, delayed refunds, and withdrawals taking much longer than expected. I cannot verify those individual cases myself, but seeing many similar complaints has made me concerned.

If my own issue is not resolved within the promised timeframe, I will submit a complaint to the **Indian Cyber Crime Portal** and provide all available evidence, including my payment receipt, UTR, screenshots, and support conversations, so the matter can be investigated.

My advice to anyone using this platform:

* Keep screenshots of every transaction.
* Save your UTR and bank statement.
* Preserve all chats and emails with support.
* If your own transaction remains unresolved despite your evidence, consider reporting it to the appropriate authorities.

I hope my issue is resolved quickly, but based on **my personal experience**, I cannot recommend depositing on this platform until my case is resolved.

It's been more than 8 days, my deposited amount still not credited. Poor system of 4ra bet. Illogical and unmannered staff having no sence of handling customers.

How 4rabet scam deposited money?? I have never seen any platform that cheated client's deposited money except 4rabet. Their Deposit system works as below. CLIENT as Party A, where you send money (UPI ID or bank account) is Party B, Payment provider Party C, and 4rabet as Party D. When you send money to upi id and 4rabet says it is failed then you have to complain to your bank for chargeback. And here is how 4rabet cheat the money. for chargeback bank needed Party B's consent but all the upi id of 4rabet are waiting for this type of payment failure. they never give consent for return the money. and if you email to 4rabet even 100 times for a letter written that UTR NO.... is failed and never reached 4rabet account , 4rabet dont give it to you. so bank treated it as a p2p transaction.and you will never get the money back. although 4rabet don't give you anything that proved that the transaction is a p2m but certainly they give you a big talk in this damn review that "we are happy to help you, feel free to ask anything". I have been complaining for my deposit case to hdfc bank, ippb bank and rbi bank but they all reject my case because I am personally send this money so they treated it as person to person transaction and party B knows that so they never give consent for recovery. There is only three solution for recovery. 1st option coplaint to police and cyber crime for recovery. 2nd option file a case to court. 3rd option getting help from 4rabet that they clearly said in their letterhead that state the transaction was actually for 4rabet, and they give the upi id to party a. But 3rd option always been a waste of effort from you because their statnce is always go to hell client don't disturb 4rabet. and 1st and 2nd option need more money for recovering the money. So don't play here and also one more thing google pay user should never play in this platform because if your payment stuck they want a successful showing screenshot but gpay never show successful in their receipt, there shows a tick mark that says completed. so choice is yours if you want to harm your mental condition then go ahead and play here.
