Very happy with the onboarding service from day 1. Alicia Pickering has been amazing, anything I have wanted or needed she has been happy to jump on a call quickly. She walked me through the dashboard and pointed out somethings I wouldn't have known otherwise. I am using the social media services which has been a great help. I'm very happy.

After I downloaded a free resource from 2020 Innovation, they reached out to me — and I’m genuinely glad they did. I ended up working with Jack Taylor, and the experience has been very positive.

Jack took the time to walk me through their services in a clear and straightforward way, which I appreciated given how busy I’ve been. He was patient throughout, didn’t rush anything, and made sure everything was explained properly over several meetings.

What stood out was Jack’s honesty and methodical approach. He didn’t oversell or exaggerate anything, which is refreshing in an industry where that’s all too common. He simply explained what 2020 Innovation can and can’t do, and how their services would actually fit my needs.

I’ll be using their services to keep the tax data on my website updated, as well as taking advantage of their new reports and budget resources. These tools seem genuinely useful and should save me time while keeping things accurate. I cannot wait to see how it’s all going to come together on my new website.

Overall, the whole process was easy to understand, with no pressure and no nonsense. A really solid experience and a good reflection on 2020 Innovation as a company.

Great conference, useful content, good selection of exhibitors, although a little more time to interact with them and network would have been useful.

Every accounting firm should be a member. I have been a member since 2011 and found the CPD quality and quantity worth the fee alone. I would highly recommend the organisation to any accounts working in practice.
