We're sorry the delivery arrived earlier than your requested date. While we always do our best to accommodate preferred delivery dates that are chosen, unfortunately, courier delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to the timeframes they provide.
Your order left us on Thursday, meaning the earliest possible delivery was Friday, with the latest expected delivery being Monday, as weekends are not counted as business days for courier deliveries. It also would've been labelled with a please do not open me until your recipient's birthday in the instance of it arriving early.
