I had a really poor experience with the manager at the Pawn America in Burnsville. I came in with a simple question and was met with a dismissive, rude attitude. Short answers, no effort to actually help, made me feel like I was bothering him. Customer service should be the bare minimum for a manager and it was completely lacking here. I've had better experiences at other locations, but I won't be coming back to this one. The manager name is Patrick and Austin. They escalated a situation that was uncalled for I’ve been here many times and never had an issue before but today was really strange and honestly felt like he might of been under the influence of some sort of substance. I’m really concerned for the manager he definitely needs help or proper training with customers services.
