Very good customer service and helpful advise on the phone before ordering the products

If the order arrives as advertised without any faults, it will be a fine experience.

My tv benk arrived with wrong panels. It has now been well over a month since I received that package and informed royaldesign about the fault.
To this day they have not made any attempt in sending me new parts or offering any solution.

Every reply takes over a week. Claims get processed in Sweden despite having ordered in and to Norway.

Avoid if you can
