I just go to pick up my order, which was booked the same day.
The customer service did not understand at first - explaining ij clear english - if I provide my order number thay can check it and provide me my order.
Fortunately some calles from colleges back and forth I get my order.
One positive side of the communication, that I got the damage and theft protection in a monthly subscription service, which was not need to made by a contract locally, rather digitally.
