Bonus terms weren't what I expected
Joined on June 19th and threw in 250 australian dollars with a bonus offer that looked straightforward on the site. Cleared the wagering in about ten days playing slots, thought I had roughly 680 to withdraw based on what I calculated, but when I went to pull it out the cap was 300 australian dollars max. Turns out the fine print said winnings from bonus funds were capped at three times the bonus amount, not the deposit. I'd missed that line when signing up. Support replied within a few hours when I asked about it, at least they explained the rule clearly without fobbing me off, but by then the damage was done. The app interface is clean and I didn't have login issues, but learning the withdrawal limit the hard way after I'd already played through everything left a sour taste.
