No refund after product failed to arrive
Horrible experience.
My package was seized by customs. An order worth well over 200 Euro and support was not willing to help.
They said since the package was seized and not returned they cant issue a refund, which is INSANE. How can you not issue a refund if the service was not rendered?
Above all, their website used to list that they ship from my country, but now they removed it and act like its my liability in this case?

Our customs policy is publicly available, and we encourage all customers to review it before ordering, especially when shipping to destinations where customs inspections may occur.
Our FAQ explains that customs procedures are outside of our control and that each country's authorities may inspect, delay, seize, or return parcels according to their own regulations. It also explains how these situations are handled by us, so customers are informed of the possible outcomes before completing their purchase.
As explained by our support team, your parcel was seized by customs and has unfortunately not been returned to us. Since the shipment has not been returned, we are unable to issue a refund in this case.
