I've used ASAP twice but will not use them again. It took me 3 hours on the phone with them to book my flights and they nickle and dime you with up charges and a tipping option (unclassy). They advertised my flights for $1005.00 but when all said and done it was $1496.00. I asked for the option to cancel my return flight if I wanted to and it would cost almost another $300.00. Also, be careful of the wording in their cancel/change options. After a long conversation with the supervisor I found out that I can only cancel the entire round trip, not just the return trip. It doesn't say that in the cancellation option. I call these guys a legit scam. You will have no problems getting and using your tickets but they will try real hard to scam you on the upsell that are misleading and nothing but a money grab. They will also send you a million "last chance" emails...🙄🙄🙄. You're better off to just go online and check 4 or 5 airlines yourself and book directly. Although the agent was great and friendly, I won't use them again...🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
