Review of Nisbets Limited
1st delivery failed. due to the delivery driver not picking up messages resulting in the item being returned to base. A heated phone call later on in the day after receiving a message about the aborted delivery.. 2nd attempt was successful and the old item was taken away. Communication was very disapointing as we were also told that a text message would be sent with a delivery date this was not done and a further email had to be sent.
