Timely Completion and Support
The folks from the agency were super quick in formalising and completing the rental agreement, and they were very helpful too. We had had some trouble with many other agencies/websites for months and City Wohnen, especially Mr. Patrick Messner, completed all the procedures for us in less than 2 weeks, which was extremely relieving. If any of my friends come to Hamburg, I will recommend this agency with my eyes closed, as my experience with them has been that great.
