Lowkey a scam
Paid extra to expedite creation / delivery. Was guaranteed arrival in 10 days and it actually arrived 30 days later and missed the event that the gift was intended for. When emailing customer service I got little to no response and had to pay extra to get a digital copy to print out myself to gift (after paying for the art and expedited fee).

To clarify, the “Skip the Queue” option is intended to prioritize your artwork in our design process, but it does not include faster shipping. While it helps ensure your order moves up in production, the delivery timeframe still depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
We recognize that, regardless of this, your overall experience—with both delays and communication—fell short of what you should expect from us. Your feedback is very important and will help us improve our service and support going forward.
