I bought a parking pass for a concert in Baltimore that clearly stated "M&T Bank Stadium Lots". The total for parking for ONE EVENING was $170. When I received the parking pass it was for parking in a Hilton Hotel garage nearly 1 mile from the stadium! I contacted customer service and they wouldn't do anything, only telling me that its in the fine print that it just has to be within 10 minute walking distance of the venue. Total BS!!! It clearly said STADIUM LOTS!

Absolutely horrible experience, don't ever order from them! We ordered a dress for prom with plenty of time for shipping. The company even contacted me and asked me the date of the dance to ensure we received the order on time. I thought that was a good sign. WRONG. They didn't ship the dress despite me contacting them multiple times requesting them to ship ASAP, even offering to pay expedited shipping. The dress didn't arrive in time for the dance and never got worn.

I requested a return due to the slow shipping and was told I had to pay return shipping plus a restocking fee. After much arguing about the added fees they agreed to send me a prepaid label and give me a refund.

After several weeks I got an email saying they weren't giving me a refund because the dress is damaged. WTF? The dress was never worn, never even taken out of the bag or tried on because it arrived after the dance. Total SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM KISS PROM!!

Do yourself a favor and find another place to shop! DO NOT ORDER FROM KISS PROM!! EVER!
Ordered a dress several weeks prior to prom. The shop emailed me and asked the date of the dance to be sure it was shipped in time. I gave them the date and they did not ship the dress until THREE DAYS before the dance. We are on the east coast and it was shipping from CA. It arrived FOUR DAYS AFTER PROM. Why the delay? Why even ask if they didn't intend to ship it in time?

Once the dress finally arrived, it looked nothing like the picture, horrible cheap quality and the color is off.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Don't believe the response below. I have contacted customer service multiple times with NO response The only way to contact them is via email and they don't respond. I will take this up with my credit card company.
