I tried to buy a set from the AC Odyssey game when I server error popped up, preventing the sale. They took my money but are refusing to honor that purchase. Customer support even acknowledged that the error was on their end and still continue to try and close my case with 0 resolution. Absolutely disgusting customer support.

Edit: I had to do the impossible and managed to get Playstation to grant the refund Ubisoft refused to resolve. And their response to the whole thing? Was to just tell me "all the best". Never buying another unisoft game ever again. 11 years of loyalty to this brand and this is how they "resolve" problems.
