Do NOT buy ÖBB Railjet 1st Class. We paid extra for 1st class from Wörgl Hbf to Munich, but couldn't make a seat reservation because the train was completely overbooked. We had to constantly move between empty seats whenever a reservation holder showed up, and ended up standing in the aisle. Paying a premium price just to stand is completely unacceptable. Worst experience ever.

NOT RECOMMENDED !
I received this as a gift, but the booking process has been a nightmare. I tried to make a reservation for the theme park, but no dates are available or even shown on the calendar. When I called customer service, they were unhelpful and simply told me to keep checking the website or send an email.
The voucher exchange process is far from user friendly. I felt like I was begging just to use a gift. I wouldn't recommend this service based on the lack of support and technical issues.
