Order 69202497 was not delivered, they kept stating that it will be delivered soon. It ended up back at the parcel company and now being "returned to sender"
Extremely difficult to deal with anyone who can give you answers on when I will get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs.
Note they gave a response as below, they do not look into and do not contact you. The company is an absolute joke. Best option is to do a section 75 complaint with your card issuer and get your money back that way!

If I could rate 0 I would. Absolute shocker, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Paid for 8 days hire, got a puncture front right after 2 hours, car did not have spare or repair kit so no choice but to get a recovery. Car taken to garage, despite them stating they would get a taxi for us to get a new car this never arrived, hours wasted on the phone trying to get a new vehicle, no car was provided. Had to pay nearly 300 euro to get a taxi back to the airport on the last day, the desk stated that we will still be charged a bargain c600 euro for the privilege- more than the hire.
