If I could give less, I would. I ordered in November, did not arrive, chased and chased and was told as far as they are concerned it has arrived. It hasn't, now said the only way they can refund me is if I return the parcel that I have not received. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Really disappointed with the service from the Farnborough branch. I was already messed around with the delivery of my sofa, and although I was given a voucher as a goodwill gesture, the experience didn’t improve.
When I went to use the voucher on a lamp, delivery was initially added even though the total was within the voucher amount. The manager said they would get this removed, but then the order wasn’t processed at all. I ended up waiting in all day for a delivery that never arrived, only to find out the order hadn’t even been placed. I’ve now had to rearrange and wait in again for a second day.
Overall, very poor service and lack of attention to detail. Definitely not the experience I expected.

We are truly sorry to hear about the repeated issues with your sofa delivery and the subsequent problems with your lamp order. We understand your frustration with the unplaced order and the inconvenience of waiting in for a delivery that did not arrive.
I have sent you a request for further information so we can look into this further.

Update - just to get this right, you want to explain why you are increasing by 65.5%, so waste more time on the phone to hear how you cannot do anything about it. Very surprised that 4 other leading insurance companies, can offer the same cover, in the same location with the same car and less than 50% of your quote. You have now lost a customer.
Truly shocking service, increased this year by 65.5% and all I get when I call is computer says no. Nothing has changed and not upgraded my car to a Porsche. Rude staff and very unhelpful

Hi,
We appreciate you sharing this - a 65.5% increase is a big jump to see, and it’s completely understandable that it caught your attention. There are a few things that can influence a renewal price, including wider market changes and claims trends, not just the car or your personal details. We know that doesn’t make the increase any easier to see, but it can help explain why it happens even when everything looks the same from your end.
We’re also concerned to hear that your call didn’t feel helpful. We aim for every conversation to be clear, respectful and supportive, so your experience is something we want to understand better.
If you’d like us to look into your renewal in more detail, our contact routes are listed below. Our team can break down the factors behind your price and talk through your options.
