Our inspection took place promptly (we paid for the priority service). We had a phone call as stated in our package to explain different aspects of the report, prior to us reading the report which was good. The report didn’t come through right away, but after a message to our inspector , that was rectified within half an hour. Our inspector answered any questions that we had, with the last message being at 10.30pm which I felt was above and beyond. There were lots of photos and explanations of what the photos were focusing on. We weren’t able to come and look at the vehicle due to living In country NSW, so this service really helped us in making our decision with our purchase. Thanks for a great service.
