I've given JL 4 stars, for their shopping experience & excellent service. However, giving their 'Place to Eat' to a third party to run & cater is an extremely big mistake. We've sampled the range at our local store and at Welwyn, awful to say the least. 'KISS' comes to mind 'keep it simple stupid'. No eggs on toast with sausage or bacon, lovely toasted sandwiches or the other simple things that were liked are now available. We tried their cold rolls, very 'cloying'. Wine at £5.50 in the original excellent offering, now £9, joking surely. Fish & chips available still. What used to be a lunch, is now no more and other eateries will get our custom
