I ordered from the website direct a module for my heating system in November. Until now I didn't receive it I contacted with them multiple times by email by phone etc and it costs me 422+ € until now I'm writing the review I still dont have it. By the tracking number it says thet they create digitaly tracking number. I contacted with the courier company and they said to me that the sender cancelled the delivery order after 10 day's I payed after almost five months I opened dispute status through my bank to solve this problem a week ago they still sending me email that they receive compensation from the courier company and they send my case to the accountant department of the company. And still don't have the parcel or the money this company goes directly suspended and becomes untrusted for me
My verdict is this company ganz24.com have totally anti professional behaviour to the client's without sense of responsibility.

A couple weeks ago I was lucky to be owned a product from Track Racer my quick review. I like to share my satisfaction to the company especially during xmass big amount of orders they receive. The company managed to send my order on time. Also I had really good experience on after sales support (crucial important) imidiate response finding solution on your issues keep going like that Track Racer!!!!
