The 24 hour delivery took 15 days, they opened my package and stole 20 euros worth of goods. taking photos and reporting the courier to the retailer.

0 starts is not possible. They raise an "incident" after not attempting a delivery. So i decided to opt for a parcel shop delivery, and they can't even do that. The package is lost or stolen.
