I ordered an e-book to Dublin. I am grateful that the goods arrived a day earlier than expected, but the delivery service simply knocked on the door, left the package and did not wait for someone to come out, they just left. We were lucky that the our child accidentally heard someone knocking on the door and went out to look. If no one had come out, the electronics would have been left in the rain. Please instruct your delivery people to hand over the goods. Thank you

I don't understand where so many negative comments come from for such a great service. I haven't had any problems with hotels in over 10 years. Once there was a misunderstanding with the host, and the support service helped resolve the issue. Book accommodation in proven hotels and hostels that have positive reviews, preferably more than one or two and a more or less normal rating, and then there will be no problems with check-in.
