I made probably dozens of successful purchases on this site and generally had a great experience with customer support even if identity verification was always an issue, but ever since the ownership of the site changed, my orders were delayed to the point I figured I'd never receive my keys.

Combined with the fact that these kinds of stores often get their keys through deceptive or illegal means, I would never buy from this company ever again and have since deleted my account.
