Follow the instructions, be confident and try againn
Products work fine once they are successfully plugged in the right order. I added the battery one year later. Plugging things together: both times I had some reading instructions plus try and error. Support helps with broken equipment (not so much not with wrong plugging).
AP EasyPower App and Solakon App are very helpful and useful.
Transport: one Solarpanel was broken. It was no problem to have it replaced.
