Do not work as stated - leak from bottom

I ordred 2 units, they added 2more plus insurance. I emailed immediately but was told they had been dispatched and would need to wait for delivery to return them. Although i was still receiving emails asking if i wanted to increase order.
They arrived, they leak water and are no more effective than a fan.
I emailed them daily requesting details for retuning items but never got information. I then got an email asking if i wanted a 25% refund and keep items. I replied that I would accept this but would still want to return the 2 extra.
I received 25% refund next day, this is the best I can hope for.
This company is a scam and products are useless.

Really good service. Quick delivery, able to track delivery. Team AK polite and took mattress upstairs to room of choice. Thank you
