Very knowledgeable customer service when I called to enquire about exactly what wheels I needed for my new (to me) static. Wheels were dispatched the same day and arrived in very good time. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be using this company from now on.

I was looking for a helmet in a particular paint job and couldn’t find one anywhere (even the manufacturer was out of stock). Helmet City seemed to have the last one available in my size, though I wasn’t convinced as my local bike shop couldn’t order it in. I called to check and they confirmed they had one available and could send it to me. Order made and it was with me in the Scottish Highlands a few days later. Fantastic service and super happy with my new lid. I will definitely be using them again.

I’ve just ordered my second box of 24 bath towels for our lodges (first box was to trial them - they passed with flying colours). They are great quality and standup well to the heavy use our guests give them. Only problem is now our guests have nicer towels than we do at home, so I’ll have to order some for the house too.
