Recently we were assisted by Damilola Afolayan during a house move. I cannot begin to express my appreciation for Damilola. Not only is she such an incredible person, she is beyond amazing at her job as she continued to show professionalism throughout the process from start to finish. From the first call we had with her to the first viewing that she conducted so efficiently, everything was seamless. During our first visit, even though it was a group viewing, she managed to give everyone the time they needed and answer all of our questions. She is also great at following up and responded to all of our follow up emails very quickly. We really love how she kept us up to date with the whole process so we are always in the know. On the day we came to sign our agreement, she managed to see us right on time and explained all the documents thoroughly, and made the process very easy for us. She is a true example of how customers should be treated during this process, she is a true blessing. Thank you Damilola!

Once we moved into the property we were also blessed with an amazing housing officer, Gitta! She has made our move so easy and has attended our property twice since to ensure we are settling in well. Even though we raised a few snagging issues she ensured they are dealt with efficiently and kept us up to date with the progress. She is very kind, professional and helpful - and always there to support us when needed.

SCAM COMPANY! Avoid this company at all cost!
They are 100% scammers just like many of their customer reviews have implied. I ordered shoes from them, and my package has been lost for over a week and they are refusing to take accountability by blaming DHL and my concierge. I am certain my parcel is lost somewhere but they refused to help me track it when I initially called them about the issue at the outset and now a week on from it being lost they are blaming DHL/my concierge. I have never experienced issues with my concierge in 5 years and they are trying to put the blame on them and furthermore making it seem like my concierge are lying which is horrible. Absolute bizarre customer service! I did not expect this from a so called luxury company. I have been advised by my lawyer to file a complaint about them to the financial ombudsman services so they can be investigated as they seem to be doing this to dozens of people and it is not ok! I will be taking notes from this review forum also and putting it forward to support my case.
I encourage anyone who is going through a similar experience with them to also file a complaint to the ombudsman, it will be taken seriously and investigated accordingly if more than one complaint is filed. My friend who is a social media influencer with 500k followers is also going to be making a video about this on her TikTok to spread awareness and ensure no more people fall for this scam of a company or shop there.
