Had a chance to try a good amount of the extracts from here, and they’ve been decent. The LCG Temple ball has a great consistency and taste. The Unicorn P***, whether it’s the live Resin Diamonds or Crumble, is actually banging. And the Peach Mimosa Runtz Diamonds and sauce were decent as well as was the Jet Fuel Badder/Live Resin. Although it wasn’t my preferred terp profile, it hit like an absolute truck. I also tried the Glue Gas Mintz Piatella, which had a nice batter texture, as did the Apples and Bananas Piatella, but both terps were a little artificial on those. They taste nice, don’t get me wrong, but the A&B tastes nothing like a proper A&B, more like a Granny Smith’s apple, no tropical fruit or citrus or any real hints of Gelatti. But I digress. They still hit, but just need a little more R&D. Billy, who owns TBW, is friendly, communicative, and is willing to take feedback onboard and is constantly looking to improve the brand with new products. But everything I’ve tried, for the most part, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you.

I only have good things to say about these guys. I’m based internationally, and their shipping is flawless. I recently ordered some of the Apples and Bananas live resin, the 4g puck, and honestly, it was sensational. I can’t even describe the terps on it, but it tasted like tropical fruit— incredible stuff. I also got a 4g puck of their Gas Drop to try, which was nice but had nothing on the A&B. Probably easily in my top 3 strains I’ve dabbed in the past few years. It’s not even close, and I only smoke high-end Rosin. The Permanent Lee Hi flower I got was overweight, perfectly moist, and was probably the best THCA flower I’ve ever had. No muted flavour on that one like so many others I’ve tried; it just tastes like straight chronic, so much so that I’ll be buying an OZ next time, best believe! I reached out to customer service recently regarding upcoming stock and got a prompt reply from a friendly member of their team, which cleared up everything I’d emailed them about perfectly. Great company, great products, and they actually bother to cold ship stuff with no extra cost to myself, which is honestly a great little touch. I look forward to ordering again soon, thanks guys. 😄

I really didn’t want to come on here and once again leave another bad review, but yeah, I’m getting annoyed now. I ordered some of the Apples and Bananas to try, which arrived today, and it tastes exactly like the Toad Venom out of the 4/5 orders with these guys. Only one of them has been correct, but yeah, the extract tastes nothing like banana or pear or any hints of apple and certainly no Gelatti or Blue Power notes. It tastes muted with a very slight herbal funk, just like the Toad Venom, so yeah, I won’t be ordering again now. To their credit, every time they’ve tried to make it right, but it feels like someone in the packing department is just taking the p*** at this point, which is a shame because the consistency of their extracts is decent, so is their hash, but there are too many weight inconsistencies or instances of getting the wrong products to make me want to spend any more money here. And the promises of the “we’ll get to the bottom of it” ring pretty damn hollow when this is now the 4th time there’s been an issue. But yeah, all the best in the future.

I don’t really like leaving mixed or bad reviews, but I feel this needs to be highlighted here. I’ve used TKO Labs a few times now and tried their Hayemaker Hash, the Lemon Tree Hash, and both the Toad Venom and Candy Fumes extracts. On my first order, one of the bags of Hayemaker was slightly underweight, but one of the other bags was over, so it corrected it on my second order. I ended up with 7G’s of Hayemaker again instead of the Lemon Tree, to which they replaced free of charge and took ownership of the mistake, which was more than commendable. But recently, I ordered some of the Candy Fumes, and unfortunately, that was underweight too, only by like 0.2, but that’s not really the point again. To TKO’s credit, they refunded some money back to my account and assured me they’ll be getting to the bottom of this now. Hopefully, they do. A lot of factors could be causing them to be underweight, maybe the CDT’s or live resins they used to terp the Diamond Iso extracts are evaporating during storage because the pots are crap and not fully airtight. Who really knows? I did email them with this idea, but since sending them that, I’ve realised if it was that, then the Hash wouldn’t be underweight either, so yeah, whatever’s happening at the packaging or storage stage will hopefully be fixed. I’m not the only one who’s highlighted it, but I digress. When everything goes right, their concentrates aren’t bad and definitely do the intended job, especially the Candy Fumes. Hopefully, when I order next month, these small issues will be fixed, but customer service, despite these issues, has been great. Thank you.

Second order with these guys. I ordered 7g’s of the Lemon Tree to try, but unfortunately received a little over 7g’s of the Hayemaker Hash, which was nice that it was over, and it’s a banging “brew”, but a little unfortunate that I received the wrong product when I’m trying to find out what tea “resonates” with me. But after a quick email on Monday, I had a response by Tuesday: “not the company’s fault, they were closed.” And every other email I’ve sent, I’ve received a response within 20-40 mins. Not gonna mention the lady’s name who has been dealing with my support requests, but she’s awesome, polite, well-spoken, and genuinely seems to care about the service customers receive. A credit to your team most definitely by the end of the day. I had an order confirmation email with a replacement order “free of charge”, and they took full responsibility for the packaging mix-up, which is commendable as a lot of companies would try to pass the baton and not really provide any real solution. I also ordered the 2g’s of the Toad Venom to try, but I’ll be honest, it definitely needs more CDT’s added, IMO, but the effects were decent. A slight gassy taste but not much herbal notes as mentioned in the description and no citrus whatsoever. The consistency and texture of it though is very similar to “•Rosin•”, but nowhere near as stable out of the fridge and was made with Iso and CDT's and not Hash or Bud and Heat plates as to be within the legislation. Not a bad substitute for when you're on a tighter budget or need it next day or if you don't have a reliable US based Dispo that'll ship THCA Rosin's/Concentrates here. It's definitely one I can recommend that you “Brew” on a lower temperature and would be perfectly suited to devices with an “Easter Egg Heat setting”… it really brings out the relaxing qualities of the “Tea”. I dare say in the coming months, they’ll get their formulations bang on, but for a relatively new company, other than the few teething issues any company faces when starting a business, they seem to be bang on. Definitely quick to sort out my issue anyway. I’ll be back in the coming weeks to try the Piatella, no doubt. Edit: I forgot to add this earlier but please change the concentrate pots for the ones that are domed inwards in the centre or something similar because the current ones you’re using “no offence” are terrible. The lids come off stuck to the concentrate, even after refrigeration, and you lose a fair bit. Definitely better pots out there but besides that, promising company so far. Thank you.

I tried the Haymaker Hash, and it was decent stuff it has a great texture and consistency. These guys are one of the few companies that actually manage to capture that OG Terpene profile. It has hints of chocolate, caramel, and a slight earthy spice. Trust me, I’ve tried most other companies selling THCA or THCP Hash "Tea's", and it’s not even close. Sadly, the smell didn’t translate very much into the taste, Imo probably varies by batch but the effects were bang on. I ordered an 8th to try, and I received 3.77g, so a little over, which was a nice surprise. I also reached out to customer service regarding a few things and received a response within 10 minutes, which was great. My order came the next day by 9 am and was packaged with care and discreetly. Hopefully, the great first impression continues, “which is key,” but suffice to say I have zero complaints. I’ll most definitely be returning in the future. Thank you.
