Money taken twice and terrible customer service

I love all of the products I have used but the customer service is shocking they have taken my money twice now and they do not answer my emails. I can’t believe that this company does not have a contact number !!! I am seriously thinking of going to a different company which is a shame as I am happy with all of their products.

I’m really sorry for the delay—and also for the time it’s taken us to respond. We’ve been working through a high volume of messages to make sure everyone affected gets a proper reply.

Your order was part of a pre-order batch delayed due to a supply issue with the Eye Serum. Production is now scheduled to finish on the 26th, and your order will ship very soon after.

We sent a few email updates along the way, including a code for a complimentary product to help make up for the wait—but I completely understand your frustration. This isn’t the experience we want for you.
