Don't waste time with them
Don't waste time with them. The worst experience ever! I booked a car a few days in advance; they sent me a confirmation and a voucher, but after a few days, I received a message that because of "fleet fail," they can't deliver a car. At that time, all other cars were booked, or the price was very expensive.
